  12.        Credit  repair has become a necessity  in  this  day  and  age.   With
  13.        millions  of consumers to keep track of,  it is no wonder that  credit
  14.        reporting  has  become  a  very  big  industry,  which   unfortunatly,
  15.        dramatically   increases  the  chances   of    inaccurate  information
  16.        being  reported.   In  a  recent  survey  over  2   million  consumers
  17.        reported a discovery of improper information being  reported in  their
  18.        credit file.  This program provides the  consumer  with  the knowledge
  19.        to  identify and challenge entries in their credit reports  that   are
  20.        out  of date,  inaccurate, don't belong to them or can't be  verified.
  21.         One  of the strengths of this software as opposed to  other  programs
  22.        of  this type is its ease of use.   There are no complex or  confusing
  23.        commands.   The visual appearance of the program is very polished  and
  24.        a  real comfort to the eyes.   The information  contained  within  the
  25.        program  is outstanding.   Much of it has come from personal  research
  26.        and has never been published before!   Our  registered  users have had
  27.        nothing but praise for The E-Z Credit Kit.

  45.        copyrighted  and are the property  of  David  Hulet,  Las  Vegas,  NV.
  46.        Any modification(s)  and redistribution of such modification(s) to the
  47.        program  files is a violation of copyright and  present  a  hazard  to
  48.        subsequent users who may follow the advise of someone not well  versed
  49.        in the techniques of credit repair.

  51.        DISTRIBUTION AND REPRODUCTION RIGHTS

  53.        This,  and future evaluation copies of The E-Z Credit Kit may be  sold
  54.        as shareware by Distributors whose primary business is the selling  of
  55.        shareware.   No  specific  permission  is  required  for  a  shareware
  56.        Distributor to copy and sell this program as long as they abide by the
  57.        restrictions  contained  herein.    However,   a   Distributor   must
  58.        discontinue the sale and distribution of this program when notified by
  59.        E-Z Technologies in writing to discontinue such sale and distribution.

  61.        Distributors  may freely copy  this  evaluation  copy  of  The  E-Z
  62.        Credit Kit for purposes of selling it through their normal channel  of
  63.        shareware  distribution as long  as  the  program  is  copied  in  its
  64.        entirety  and reasonable care is exercised to avoid  contamination  by
  65.        computer  and software viruses.

  67.        ADDING PROGRAM FILES

  69.        Shareware Distributors may add value to this program by including user
  70.        instructions,  automated installation batch files, and so forth.  But,
  71.        they must in no way  modify  the  actual  program  to accomplish  this
  72.        or  modify or replace program related files or  otherwise  impact  the
  73.        intended functionality of this program and its related files.   We ask
  74.        that additional files placed on this program's disk be of the  highest
  75.        caliber,  i.e., advertisments and/or endorsements for products,  other
  76.        software programs, etc.  should be avoided.  Promotion of your own 
  77.        services is permissable, but once again, should be in good taste.

  79.        MAXIMUM FEE

  81.        Distributors  may charge a fee that is consistent with the  fees  they
  82.        charge  for other shareware programs they distribute,  but in no  case
  83.        shall  the  fee  charged  for  this  evaluation  copy  exceed  $10.00.

  85.        OBTAINING UPGRADES

  87.        E-Z  Technologies carefully tracks  who  is  selling  any  program  it
  88.        publishes.  This allows us to update known Shareware Distributors with
  89.        the  latest  upgrades.   However,  the   desired   method   to   track
  90.        distributors,  is for distributors to  mail  their  catalog  to  DAVID
  91.        HULET.   If you elect to not place DAVID HULET on your catalog mailing
  92.        list to save costs, a letter or post card is requested at a minimum to
  93.        advise us that you are offering the program.

  95.        If  E-Z Technologies is reasonable comfortable that you  are  offering
  96.        the  program,  you will automatically be sent   an   upgrade   as   it
  97.        becomes available.   If you become aware of an upgrade, and it appears
  98.        that  you were  overlooked,   you may request the  latest upgrade,  in
  99.        writing  on your business letterhead.   Unless E-Z Technologies  feels
  100.        that  the requesting party is not a legitimate  and  active  Shareware
  101.        Distributor, the upgrade of the program  will  be  promptly mailed  at
  102.        no cost.

  104.        FOR DISTRIBUTION IN U.S.A. AND CANADA ONLY

  106.        These credit repair techniques are applicable to  the  United  States
  107.        only.   Distributors are requested to confine  their  distribution  of
  108.        this program to the  United  States, although distribution in Canada
  109.        is acceptable since many U.S. residents do work and communicate by
  110.        modem across the border of the two countries.
